Roundswell Church

Latest Coronavirus Update

Roundswell Church will be gathering together (all things being equal) from the 18th April at the usual time of 10am.

If you come you must bring a face mask, use hand gel, do not use the toilets, and sit in your bubble 2m apart from others etc.

We are still not permitted to sing, as a congregation, and given the reasons for stopping meeting we'd need to be strict about this. Even if you've had the vaccine, you can still pass on Covid to those who have not. So out of love for one another, I'd appreciate it if we came prepared to sing out our hearts within, and or reflect on the words and use the time to worship God quietly - at least for the time being.

We are planning to re open from 18th April 2021 at 10am.

We will need to know if you are coming beforehand, if possible or on the day, for Track & Trace purposes and also to ensure we adhere to the restricted numbers allowed.

 Psalm 91 v2-3

I will say to the LORD, “You are my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”

Surely He will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly plague.

Because we trust we will not be afraid, but we will not be naive either. That is why we’ve taken on all the precautions suggested above. We want this to a time that is healthy, safe & honouring of Jesus – whilst we find a way back to some kind of “normal”. We hope you will feel safe to gather with us if you’re able.

We are pleased to announce that Roundswell Church will be gathering together (all things being equal) from the 18th April at the usual time of 10am.

The services, for the time being, will continue as they did last year. So that will mean if you come you bring a face mask, use hand gel, do not use the toilets, sit in your bubble 2m apart from others etc.

Val will need to know if you are coming beforehand, if possible or on the day. For those who cannot make the service we will video some of it and put it up online afterwards.

The restrictions will change and we will adapt as we do to.

We plan to meet weekly as normal, we will not (God willing) go back to being online between meetings.

We are still some way off meeting together in homes, (probably late June) so bear with us as things unfold.

We are also looking for those who can help in some way in the meetings, leading, or possibly praying and or reading a passage. Again this would have to be done in a covid secure fashion so that we are not unwittingly harming the good we seek to bring by meeting back together.

If there are any questions please let me know. So looking forward to getting back together again.

Please feel free to contact our Pastor - Dave 07931 731 413 if you want or need help or want to know more.
